Why this arrangement works
Open rooms with one long usable wall
A sequence, rather than a triangle
The run moves from fridge to sink, then preparation counter and cooker. A straight kitchen cannot form a work triangle; the order of tasks matters here.
Preparation between sink and hob
A continuous 100 cm counter separates the sink and cooker. Drawers underneath keep preparation tools and waste storage near the work.
Appliances with landing space
The dishwasher is next to the sink on the fridge side. Separate 60 cm counters beside the fridge and cooker provide places to set things down.
A single-wall kitchen follows a working sequence rather than a triangle. In the preview, F is the fridge, S the sink and H the hob/oven. Gold marks preparation space.
What to check in your room
This example needs a 4.8 m wall. For a shorter run, remove or change cabinets individually and recheck working space; appliances should retain their real dimensions.

Changing a wall does not automatically rearrange or resize the furniture. Adjust the walls and individual items to suit your room.
