Using Free Room Planner in ChatGPT or Claude

Ask the assistant to plan a room with Free Room Planner, for example: "Use Free Room Planner to draw my 4 by 3.5 metre bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a door, and check everything fits." It draws the room to scale in the chat. You can then:

• Drag furniture to move it, or tap an item and use Turn 90° or Remove.
• Ask for changes in words, such as "move the desk under the window".
• Open in Free Room Planner to keep editing in the full planner, add more rooms, and download the plan.

Warnings under the plan show furniture that overlaps, sticks out of the room, or is in the way of a door. The planner doesn't check walkway space or building rules, so always measure the real room before you buy.

Do I need an account?

No. Neither the website nor the plugin needs an account or sign-in.

Who can see my room?

Anyone you give the link to. Only the conversation that made the room can change it; anyone else who edits it in the planner saves their own copy. See the privacy policy.

It says I've reached a limit

To keep the plugin free there are fair-use limits on rooms and changes. Wait a minute, or keep editing a room you already made. The daily room limit resets after 24 hours.

How do I delete a room?

Email us its link or code and we'll delete it.
