Add labels, notes and arrows

Room and item labels

• ✓Name the plan or current room from the title field at the top of the editor.
• ✓Use room labels to identify enclosed spaces on a larger floor plan.
• ✓Rename furniture or fittings when the default library label is not specific enough.
• ✓Show or hide labels and measurements to create either a detailed working drawing or a cleaner presentation.

Text boxes

   Choose Text

   Select the text-box tool or press T, then place the box on the plan.

2. 2

   Write the note

   Add installation notes, assumptions, option names or questions for a supplier.

3. 3

   Style and position

   Adjust the text presentation and move the box away from measurements or important objects.

Arrows

Choose the Arrow tool or press A, draw the callout, then adjust its style. Arrows are useful for proposed changes, access routes, plumbing positions and notes that apply to a particular wall or object.
